This is a mixture of steaks, roasts and hamburger that makes up a quarter of beef.
Between 100-120lbs worth of meat and the average quarter consists of 60lbs of burger in 1lb packages, 1 Arm Roast, 2-3 Chuck Roasts, 1-2 Round Roasts, 1 Brisket, 1 Flat Iron steak, 1-2 Sirloin Tip steak, 2-3 T-Bone steak, 1-2 Sirloin steaks, 2-3 Ribeye steaks, and 1 Porterhouse steak.
*Quantity of cuts may vary due to the size of the animal.
