This is a mixture of steaks, roasts and hamburger that makes up a quarter of beef.
Between 100-120lbs worth of meat and the average quarter consists of 60lbs of burger in 1lb packages, 1 Arm Roast, 2-3 Chuck Roasts, 1-2 Round Roasts, 1 Brisket, 1 Flat Iron steak, 1-2 Sirloin Tip steak, 2-3 T-Bone steak, 1-2 Sirloin steaks, 2-3 Ribeye steaks, and 1 Porterhouse steak.
Cost= $1,000. Half the payment is due at the time the order is placed by check and the remainder is due at the time of pick up by cash or check. We will contact you to arrange payment and pick up.
