This is a mixture of steaks, roasts and hamburger that makes up a quarter of beef.
Between 200-250lbs worth of meat and the average quarter consists of 120lbs of burger in 1lb packages, 2 Arm Roast, 3-4 Chuck Roasts, 3 Round Roasts, 1-2 Briskets, 1-2 Flat Iron steaks, 2-3 Sirloin Tip steaks, 2-3 T-Bone steak, 1-2 Sirloin steaks, 3-4 Ribeye steaks, and 2 Porterhouse steak, as well as 1 Rack Rib, 1 Tri Tip steak and 1-2 Tenderloin steaks.
