This is a mixture of steaks, roasts and hamburger that totals a whole beef. Advanced orders can have input on type and quantity of cuts. After butcher sales cannot.
Typically 400-500lbs worth of meat. Average animal consists of the 1/4 beef cuts multiplied by 4 as well as 2 Rack Ribs, 2 Tri-Tip steaks and 3 Tenderloin steaks.
*Quantity of cuts is based on the final size of the animal after processing.
